Really amazing sandwiches/subs. I've had the pork loin and chicken parm so far. Pork loin was incredible, and the chicken parm is the real deal--solid cutlets you can tell were breaded/fried on the premises with an great gravy. Get the hard roll.

Had great Italian grinders for lunch!

Best place to eat on Federal Hill everything is fresh. The owner is super great real old school.Real Italian not fake super good people and very clean and reasonably prices !!!Been going there for years even when he was located across the street from where they are know never got nothing bad always satisfied !!!

Ran in here for a quick 'snack' with a friend. .we split a spinach pie (we misunderstood the pricing and really could have afforded a whole one each). We had the pie with added peparoni...it was yummy and kept us fueled. ..would like to try the Grinder as I am from the West Coast and that seems the real deal here...maybe deserves 5 stars.. just need more familiarity

What's to be said? Roma is the best among very good company on Federal Hill. Have known it since the early Eighties when it was just a hole in the wall.

The food at Roma is tremendous. I had a chicken parm panini and thought to myself, I forgot just how good Italian food can be. Their pizza is also top motch. Great place for parties and banquets on Federal Hill.

The best eggplant that I've personally had the pleasure of trying, melt in your mouth, hardly any seeds and the sauce is to die for...

Great customer service and they treated you like you're family!! Felt like home! Best subs in RI! You get your monies worth! It's places like this that makes it very difficult to move out of state, out of NE and be happy in another setting! YOU guys set the bar/standards and when I'm not satisfied w other restaurants, that's when I come back home threatening never to leave again LOL Thank you Paula😁

I absolutely love everything I have had here. Best eggplant parm in the state, hands down. I tried the pasta and bean soup yesterday and it was incredible. Also love the stuffed portobello's. You can't go wrong here. If you are in the city, go!!

You can take your food selections right to a large self serve dining area. Save some room for the Italian sweets. Best fresh Italian bread you'll ever eat!

This place is great! So many options to choose from to keep you coming back for more to try something different. Anyone that's anyone who likes Italian / American food needs to come and try this place. Great atmosphere and people are friendly if you're friendly if not...forget about it!

Great place to run in to grab lunch, dinner or dessert. They have a little store of items you can buy. Whenever my husband is sick I always stop in to buy their chicken noodle soup. They have great sandwiches and pizza. They also an area you can sit down and eat.

This is my favorite place for authentic Italian groceries in the USA. The prepared food is good and reasonably priced.

Located in the ever so popular area " Federal Hill" , Roma is a great spot to grab a bite to eat. The food is always amazing here as are the people that work here. Sandwiches and prepared foods are unbelievable. They offer plenty of options to choose from , and you will definitely leave happy and full. You won't find a better lunch .

I had a awesome server, Paula, food is fresh and staff are welcoming! Except there was this guy giving the front staff a hard time and it dampened the experience slightly. Please work with him and you're going to be a well oiled machine!

Called in two sandwiches in at 11:50. Showed up at 12:10 and then waited until 12:40 just to get the food. Everyone ignored the fact that I was there and I was clearly annoyed

Food is authentic Italian food just like my mother made

I went to the market for the first time today and will definitely be coming back! The man behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer and made me one of the best (if not the best!) Greek salads I’ve had. There was a huge selection of prepared foods, hot and cold, along with Italian desserts and packaged goods. Everything looked phenomenal.

Wow! We had the 18" pizza with ricotta, olives, and prosciutto. By far the best pizza I have had in this area. Only $10.95. We will be back. Customer service is great. Watching the pizza cook in the brick oven made our mouth water.

I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon to grab some meat and cheese for a picnic in a nearby park. The options were amazing and it was great to see different types of cheeses as well as meats you can't get in a typical grocery store. The service was great and the folks were friendly and quick to help. The price for everything was also reasonable and I'd recommend stop in for some great food.

Correction... there are two entrances... there is a full restaurant and a deli. I reviewed the deli. I have not been to the restaurant.Not a restaurant, it's a deli with 2 tables inside and 3 outside. Mostly food to go. A reasonable selection of pastries, sandwiches salad, some canned goods and other baked items. Some pizza by the slice. I just had a coffee and pastry. Coffee was good and pastry was fresh baked. All items look fresh. Prices are low for the area which has a reputation for good restaurants and I'd therefore an expensive neighborhood. Seemed popular with the locals. There was a steady stream of customers, but they were handled quickly and efficiently so there was little wait time. Staff was very friendly.

Very very fresh with excellent service. Easy parking as well. Very friendly wait staff and ample amount of tables to sit inside with some outside to dine. Food ranges from sandwiches to lasagna. Lots of fresh desserts as well so save room.

I love this place! The sandwiches, hot dishes, pastries are all terrific and reasonably priced. They have the best cannoli I have ever tasted and that includes NY, Boston, Rochester NY, South Philly....

This place is great for pizza , and everything else looks fabulous.

Drove 30 minutes the day before Thanksgiving to pickup sausage for my stuffing. When I opened the package that evening it had a strong sour smell which means it's bad. I called several places to try and get more but everyone was sold out. This wasn't the first time I have had issues. Check what you buy before you leave. Won't be going back.
